Toast had 4 girls and 2 boys this morning. It was a long process but Toast was very calm throughout. It took about 6 hours in total and she had a couple of little naps to renew her strength between the last few births. She is a great mom. Very attentive to her pups but trusted us to handle them and still has her sweet disposition.
The two boys are in the bottom left picture and the 4 girls are on their right. Two of the girls are pure white and the rest are tri coloured.
Finally got some pictures of Toast's pups today Sept 4/04. The first individual pictures of each pup start with the 2 males and then the 4 females. They are 5 weeks old and did pretty good on the scary table for the first time.
The pups are 6 weeks old now Sept 11-12/04. They sure are laid back.
Here they are getting rested up before their walk and then the pupmobile ride to the walking area.
Here they are following Mrs JRRanch down the lane. On the right is the reason they stay so close. Treats for coming when called etc.
Just a bunh of cute pictures. Ain't they sweet? Two weeks of this training and they will be ready to go to their new homes. They are almost crate trained and only got us up once last night. By next week they should be completely crate trained and sleeping through the night.
